Cut chicken into thin slices, season with salt and pepper, mix. Fry everything in a pan until cooked.

Peel potatoes, grate grate. Squeeze out all the juice. Add salt, egg and flour. Mix well.

Put and spread the grated potatoes along the bottom of the pan and hold with a spatula for 2-3 minutes. Get a pancake shape. Fry on both sides.
