Cut off all the bones of the chicken breast, remove the skin and divide the fillet into two parts. Divide each part in half.

Set aside a quarter of a glass of cranberries, and squeeze the juice from the rest. Gradually add honey to the juice to get the best taste. Adjust it yourself.

Pour a third of the resulting juice into a small bowl and sprinkle with ground crackers. Add softened butter and mix well.

Lightly beat off the chicken fillet. Pepper and salt on both sides. Put on each fillet half the prepared cranberry mass, as well as 15 whole berries.

Fold the fillet in half so that the filling is inside. Fasten the edges with wooden sticks. Quickly fry the fillet using a hot pan. Spend no more than 30 seconds on each side. Put on a large baking sheet and fill with the remains of cranberry juice. Tighten the baking sheet with foil.
