You will need
- minced meat - 600 g,
- chicken egg - 1 pc.,
- garlic - 2 cloves,
- loaf - 200 g
- milk or water - 150 ml,
- onions - 1 pc.,
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.,
- tomato sauce - 100 ml,
- cheese - 150 g
- ground black pepper - 1/3 tsp,
- salt - ½ tsp

Peel the garlic cloves, crush with the flat side of a knife, chop. Cut the cheese into slices. Prepare tomatoes in the form of circles. Soak the baton in milk or water, then squeeze lightly.

Combine minced meat with long loaf, garlic, egg, pepper and salt. Beat it off properly on the table.
Divide the prepared meat into portions, form flat cutlets from them.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, put on top of the patties.

In a hot frying pan, fry the onions, which in advance clean and cut into half rings.

Pour tomato sauce on each cutlet, put a certain amount of fried onions. On top of it, put in a circle of tomato and cover with a slice of cheese.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
