Ingredients:

  • 500 g of sugar cookies;

  • 200 g butter;

  • 1 cup of sugar;

  • 100 g of walnuts or peanuts;

Peel the nuts, fry the kernels in a dry frying pan and cool. Pound them in a mortar into large crumbs or pass through a blender. Put butter in a bowl, add sugar, milk and cocoa powder. Put the mixture in a steam bath and, stirring, heat, avoiding boiling. All components must be mixed, and sugar completely dissolved.

Break the cookies into small pieces, mix with chopped nuts and pour the butter and milk mixture. Mix the resulting mass well, put on a plastic wrap and roll it tightly, giving the products the shape of sausages. From the specified number of products, 3 sausages can be formed so that they solidify faster, products do not need to be made too thick. Tie them with thread or twine and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. After the products are cut for tea, the leftovers must be removed in the refrigerator, at room temperature the sausage quickly melts and loses shape.

The proportions of the ingredients vary to taste, instead of the proposed dried fruits, you can use others: figs, dates, prunes, dried cherries.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g cookies;

  • 1 cup dried apricots;

  • 1 cup raisins;

  • 1 cup walnut kernels;

  • 200 g butter;

  • 1 can of condensed milk;

  • coconut flakes for sprinkling.

Rinse dried apricots and raisins, soak for half an hour in warm water. Fold dried fruits in a colander, letting the liquid drain, then dry on a paper towel. Finely chop the dried apricots. Put the cookies in a plastic bag and roll a rolling pin several times. Fry the kernels in a pan, cool and crush in a mortar.

Beat softened butter with condensed milk, an immersion mixer will help speed up the process. Mix the resulting cream with nuts, cookies, dried fruit slices. Put a thick mass on a piece of plastic film, roll the sausage and roll in coconut. Wrap the product with a film, tighten the ends tightly. Place the sausage in the cold for 4 hours, before serving, cut into neat pieces.

Sausage with cookies and apples: a simple dessert for tea

  • 50 g of walnut kernels;

  • 50 g of powdered sugar;

  • a pinch of vanillin.

Fry walnuts in a dry pan or bake in the microwave. Cool, grind in a mortar. Grind cookies with a rolling pin. Beat sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla into a homogeneous mass. Add butter and melted dark chocolate, whisk again.

In a deep bowl combine the cookies, nuts, sour cream and butter mixture. Put a thick mass on polyethylene, roll into a sausage and tightly tie a thread. Keep at least 3 hours in the cold before serving.
