In another bowl, boil the syrup: in 1 kg of sugar, add 0.5 cups of water and put on medium heat. Boil the syrup for 5-7 minutes, so that it becomes thick, but not white. Check it out quite simply. To do this, take a little syrup with a spoon and blow it lightly on it; if the syrup has become viscous and is almost frozen, then it is ready.

Now pour hot strawberry over the syrup, cover it with a lid and let cool. Strawberry at this time gives its juice, and the syrup becomes liquid. Then strain the cooled strawberries through a sieve, and set the expressed juice to boil for 5-7 minutes. Put the strawberries in a bowl again, and pour the boiled hot syrup. Allow to cool again. And repeat this procedure again. If you want the syrup to be thick, add more sugar and boil well.

After the third such procedure, put the strawberry berries in sterile jars and pour boiling syrup, roll up the covers and put in a blanket.
