You will need

  • - 3 potatoes;

  • - 150 g smoked eel;

  • - 2 medium cucumbers;

  • - fresh dill.

  • For the sauce:

  • - 50 ml of chicken stock;

  • - 30 ml of olive oil;

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of champagne vinegar;

  • - ground pepper, salt.

  • To submit:

  • - 100 g of ruccola;

  • - 3 green onion arrows.

Cook the potatoes, cool not completely, peel. Cut, put in a bowl, add eel (peel, remove the seeds, cut into slices) and a cucumber cut into strips.

In a separate container, mix the broth, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Instead of champagne vinegar, you can take wine white, apple. Whisk with a whisk.

Dress the salad with sauce and let it brew for half an hour.

Put on a plate ruccola, pour a salad on top of the salad. Garnish with chopped green onions.

Potatoes do not need to be cooled to the end. For this salad, it is important that it is still warm, so the salad is tastier!
