Grate 125 g of cheese on a medium grater, mix it with 1 raw chicken egg, add the ingredients to the potato dough, put 50 g of flour there and mix thoroughly. In mashed potatoes, you can add 5 g of nutmeg, finely chopped parsley and dill.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Moisten your hands in water, form pieces of dough, give them the shape of a flat cake and put them in a hot dish, you can pre-roll pancakes in breadcrumbs. Fry for 5 minutes on each side.

Make the sauce. Take 2 large green apples, peel them, core, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Put the fruit in a saucepan, put it on the fire, pour in a little water and simmer until the apples are soft and the liquid evaporates. Crush them with a fork, add 10 g of apple cider vinegar, mix, let stand for 15 minutes, and then serve.
