Potatoes are a frequent guest on our table. To diversify dishes from potatoes, you can cook delicious and original potato boats with meat and vegetables.

You will need:
- potatoes;
- chicken or beef 400 g;
- cheese 150 g;
- onions 4 pcs.;
- salt, spices;
- carrots 3 pcs.;
- pepper 3 pcs.;
- tomatoes 2 pcs.;
- butter 2 tbsp
To prepare this dish, choose large potatoes. Wash and boil the potatoes in their skins until half ready. Put the potatoes on a plate and let cool. Then we make boats out of it. Using a spoon, carefully cut out the middle.
We make a filling for potato boats. Boil the meat and chop in a blender. In a pan, heat the butter and fry the minced meat. Salt and pepper, add spices.
We take another pan and fry finely chopped onions, add carrots, grated on a fine grater. Finely chop the tomatoes and pepper and add to the vegetables in a skillet. Now stir the fried minced meat and vegetables. The filling for the boats is ready.
Using a coarse grater, rub the cheese. Sprinkle cheese on the bottom of the boat, then stuffing with minced meat and vegetables and sprinkle cheese on top again.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cook for 10 minutes. We decorate the boats with greens.
