You will need
4pcs young potato tubers, minced fish-200g, onion, cheese, mayonnaise, lemon, butter, soy sauce, ground black pepper, red pepper (paprika), salt

Wash the potatoes, do not peel the peel, cut the “lid” lengthwise and select a core with a teaspoon so that the wall thickness is about 6 mm. In a prepared potato, put a slice of butter, pour ½ tsp. soy sauce.

Minced meat is prepared from pike, perch, cod, etc. Add lard or chicken fat (from chicken legs) to the minced meat, salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, add the egg. Do not add onions.

After that, tightly fill the potatoes with prepared minced meat with a small slide. Finely chop the onions in a bowl, grate the cheese, sprinkle 2 tsp. paprika, salt and add mayonnaise, mix everything thoroughly - the mixture should be very thick. Cover the potatoes with minced meat thoroughly and tightly with this mixture as a lid (about 5-8 mm thick).

Place the wire rack on the baking sheet, put the potatoes on the wire rack and place in the oven 1/3 of the bottom of the oven. Put another baking sheet in the bottom of the oven. Turn on the oven (top-bottom heating) 180 degrees. When the top turns red (15-20 minutes), switch to lower heating and a temperature of 170 degrees. Baking time is approximately 1 hour.
Useful advice
Potato tubers should be even, of the same size and not small.
