    • three heads of garlic;
    • one tablespoon of olive oil (or 3 teaspoons);

The first method Preheat the oven to 120 C. Cut off the unnecessary tip from the head of garlic. Next, put the garlic in a pre-prepared baking dish or earthenware and pour over the olive oil. After that, bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven until the cloves are soft and the garlic is browned. After baking, remove the garlic and let it cool. Then squeeze out each clove in order to get the softened garlic.

The second method (whole head) Peeled garlic (including from the stems inside the heads), thoroughly grease with oil and sprinkle with one tablespoon of salt. Put the garlic in a cooked baking dish. Next, on top of each head of garlic, put a piece of butter and sprinkle them with three pinches of salt. Pour water into a baking dish and put it in an oven heated to 200 C. Bake for about 50 minutes - until the garlic is soft. Every ten minutes, be sure to water it with the resulting juice from the container, and if necessary, add more water during cooking. When the garlic is cooked, serve on a toasted piece of bread. Another method of preparation (individual cloves; with the same ingredients as in the second) Preheat the oven to 125 C. Divide the garlic into slices and peel each of its cloves. Then lay out in a single layer on a baking dish and pour olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes, and after the garlic has become soft, remove it and let cool slightly.

Third way: Wash the garlic and cut off one third of the top. Next, put the product on foil and pour one teaspoon of olive oil into each head. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then put the garlic in the oven for one hour, preheated to 190 C (tightly wrapped in foil). After time, remove, unfold the foil and let the garlic cool. It can be served with first and second courses, as well as sandwiches.
