Rinse a piece of pork with cold water. Dry it with a napkin or paper towel.

Make a marinade. Mix soy sauce with honey in a bowl. If the honey is thick and does not mix well, slightly heat it in the microwave or on the gas burner. Peel a couple of cloves of garlic from the husk and squeeze through a press into the marinade. Stir the whole mass well.

Cut the washed and peeled carrots into long slices.

Puncture a thin piece of knife in a piece of meat. To make it convenient to insert carrot bars into the puncture, do it crosswise. Stuff the pork.

Put the meat in a plastic bag. Pour the cooked marinade. Bleed the air from the bag and tie it tightly. Now chat the pork in the marinade so that it is evenly distributed on all sides of the piece.
