Under the name "Mimosa" hides a delicate multi-layer fish salad, which every housewife cooks according to her own recipe. Two absolutely identical "mimosas" cannot be found, but they all have something in common - a smooth golden top layer of egg yolks or cheese, for which some kind of edible decoration is requested. There are many variations of the Mimosa decor.

To make fluffy balls, drop a drop of mayonnaise on the composition (this can be done with a regular syringe) and gently sprinkle it with yolk flakes. By the way, you can use any other greens (parsley, onions) instead of dill, and to draw fluffy balls it’s easy to make a drawing mass from a mixture turmeric and mayonnaise. On the surface of the salad, this mass is applied using a conventional confectionery syringe with a thin smooth nozzle. Needless to say, with a mass of turmeric and a syringe, you can draw any drawings on the surface of the "Mimosa"?
