Instruction manual

1

Chocolate is the most common product for decorating a cake and its sides. Of course, for this you will need to melt it. First, measure a piece of foil that is equal in length to the circumference of the cake, and in width to the height of the cake. Grease the foil with vegetable oil. Melt the chocolate and add a little butter to it. Now put the liquid chocolate in a bag, and make a hole on the tip. On the foil, draw a fence in random order. Put the chocolate foil in the refrigerator for one hour. When the chocolate hardens, but not completely, wrap the cake with foil in a circle. Now carefully remove the foil. Designer chocolate fence is ready! You can also make chocolate chips using a regular grater. Sprinkle the sides of the cake with the resulting chips.

2

Sprinkle the edges of the cake with nuts or crushed breadcrumbs with sugar. In order to keep the sprinkles well, first grease the sides of the cake with soft butter. After that, you can sprinkle the sides with nuts. For convenience, tilt the cake so that the nuts do not crumble immediately. You can use a mixture of nuts and sweet crackers. Instead of butter, use sour cream whipped with sugar as a holding mass. If you add a teaspoon of cocoa to sour cream, you get a cream that looks like chocolate in color.

3

Make a thick butter cream of 200 grams of sugar, 1 egg, 300 grams of butter, half a glass of milk. Beat the egg, mix it with sugar and milk. Put this mixture on the fire and cook until thickened. Beat butter with a mixer in 5 minutes. Then add the cooled mass in parts and continue whisking. The mass should eventually acquire a creamy state. Garnish with a cream cake and its sides. In addition, apply confectionery sprinkles, coconut flakes, broken cookies or leftover cakes to the sides.

4

If you put butter cream in a pastry syringe, you can make interesting decorations or patterns on the sides of the cake. For creams, use food colors, then your cake will sparkle with bright colors. After applying the cream and sprinkling on the sides, be sure to send the cake for a while in the refrigerator, so that the decorations froze and hold well.

5

Fry oatmeal in a dry frying pan, add a little sugar and sprinkle them on the sides of the cake, previously coated with cream or sour cream. Finely chopped nuts or coconut can be added to oatmeal. In order for the flakes not to fall off, their layer should be sufficiently thin. This also applies to other sprinkles.

note

Smearing the cream on the sides of the cake with a knife, perform movements from the bottom up.

Useful advice

Lubricate only cooled cakes with oil cream, otherwise the cream may leak.
