Dissolve dry yeast in a small amount of warm water and let it swell for 5 minutes. In the meantime, mix sugar, flavor, diluted yeast and enough water. Beat for two minutes until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into 2 two-liter jars, close them and leave to infuse for 4-6 days.

To prepare diet soda, instead of the specified amount of sugar, put 5 tbsp. sugar and a sugar substitute equivalent to two glasses of real.

Ginger soda

In a medium-sized pan, pour water, combine it with sugar. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Add lemongrass, ginger, lemon juice and vanilla. Boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and leave the resulting mixture to infuse overnight. The next day, strain through a sieve. Before use, mix ginger syrup with mineral water in a 1: 1 ratio using a chilled shaker.
