Instruction manual

1

To make chocolate icing on sour cream, take a small ladle and put in it all the ingredients: fat sour cream, cocoa powder and sugar. Mix well together and place on the stove. Stirring constantly, bring the mixture to the appearance of the first bubbles. After that, immediately remove the chocolate icing from the stove, cool, and then it can be used to cover sweet pastries.

2

For the second method, dissolve a spoonful of sugar in milk and add cocoa. Then put the mixture on the stove and set a low temperature. Cook the icing, stirring until the mass thickens. After that, put butter in it and wait until it is completely melted. Cool the finished icing and use it for cakes and pastries.

3

The easiest way is to make chocolate icing. To do this, take a bar of dark chocolate, break it into pieces and put in a bucket. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. To do this, place the ladle on top of the pot of boiling water (so that the water does not touch the ladle) and stir all the time until the chocolate turns liquid. Then put a slice of butter in it and mix.
