Donuts are a favorite treat of many. And they are made quite simply, so buy the ingredients and throw a donut party.

You will need

  • For the test:

  • - 800 g flour

  • - 1 egg

  • - 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil

  • - 3 tbsp. l granulated sugar

  • - 500 ml of warm milk

  • - 1 pack of dry yeast
  • For glaze:

  • - your favorite chocolate 150-200 g

  • - butter 5-25% by weight of chocolate (depends on the density of the taken chocolate)
  • For frying:

  • - vegetable oil

We take half a glass of milk and pour the yeast there. We are waiting for the yeast to froth. Milk should not be too hot, otherwise nothing will work. Pour flour, salt, sugar into the dish, add butter, egg and yeast. Pour the milk gradually, gently mixing the ingredients. Knead the resulting dough, close the fabric and leave it in a warm place until it fits, about 30 minutes. You can make the dough according to your favorite yeast dough recipe or just buy a ready-made dough in the store.

The dough is ready. Pour vegetable oil into the pan so that the oil completely covers your donut. We are waiting for the oil to warm up, and in the meantime we begin to sculpt the donuts. We pluck equal pieces from the dough, roll them into sausage. We connect the ends of the sausage in a ringlet, the resulting bagel is sent to boiling oil. Fry the donut until golden and spread on a paper towel in order to collect excess oil. So do with all the donuts.

To glaze, melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath, then add the butter, stir everything thoroughly. Dip the donuts in the resulting glaze. For decoration, use coconut and confectionery sprinkles. You can also play with glaze flowers, for example, draw a drawing with white chocolate on dark or paint white chocolate with food colors.

To create donuts with the filling, we take the same dough, but roll it out with two centimeter thick layers. From the resulting layers, cut out circles of the desired diameter. We take the first circle and put the filling on it, close it with the second circle, and glue the edges. We give the donuts a little lie down, and then send it to the butter.
