Instruction manual

1

Classic recipe: mix water with granulated sugar and pour into a small saucepan. Cook sugar with water over low heat until transparent. A drop of syrup should solidify in cold water. Add some apple cider vinegar or citric acid. Then remove from heat and stir for 30 seconds. Put the finished caramel in a mold pre-oiled. Stick sticks prepared in advance. Wait for the caramel to harden. Instead of water, you can use a natural dye, for example, add some kind of juice.

2

Creamy caramel: mix sugar with milk or cream. If you use milk, then you can add more butter to the mass. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until a coffee shade appears. Remove from heat, add vanilla and pour into a mold. Do not forget about sticks for candy.

3

Chocolate caramel: mix sugar, honey and chocolate. Put on a small fire and cook until a drop of chocolate mixture thickens in cold water. Such a mixture can also be poured into molds or poured onto a greased plate, cut into pieces.

4

Try making fruit pasta caramel. Take the jam, it is better to even use jam syrup, add a pinch of cinnamon, you can have a few nuts. Keep on fire until the mass is well-respected. From warm, blind candy of any desired shape, stick sticks. Such candies can still be rolled in sugar or coated with chocolate.
