- some fresh bacon
- for minced meat:
- 1 medium onion
- about half a loaf of bread
- milk
- salt
- pepper
- 1 egg

Peel the meat from the films and veins, cut into small pieces. Pass through a meat grinder.

Mix well, add some non-salted, fresh, skinless bacon. Pass through the meat grinder again. If you cooked minced meat for pasta or navy pasta, then it is ready.

For minced meat, you need to do the following.
Take approximately 300 gr. stale white bread, cut off the crusts and soak the bread in milk. Peel the onion and cut it into 8 parts. Pass the meat through a meat grinder along with soaked bread and onions, then add salt, pepper, 1 egg and mix thoroughly. If the mince is very dense, you can add a little warm water.
