Melt over low heat 2 cups granulated sugar, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of boiled water, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of brandy. Add two drops of lemon juice. Unfold the silicone mat, pour the viscous syrup on it in small portions, at a distance from each other. Put wooden skewers in the thickening syrup. Cool the candies and remove them from the mat.

Stir in a saucepan 2 cups of granulated sugar, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder. Pour in 5 tbsp. tablespoons of water and heat on fire. Lubricate the molds with vegetable oil. When the syrup becomes homogeneous, the sugar and cocoa are completely mixed, pour the candy mass into the molds, stick wooden sticks in them and cool.

Currant lollipops.

Pour two cups of granulated sugar into a bucket, add 3 tbsp. tablespoons of water and a tablespoon of blackcurrant syrup. Melt the mass over low heat, pour on a silicone mat or in molds. Instead of blackcurrant syrup, you can take raspberry or cherry syrup.

The molten caramel mass is very hot, be careful when working with it.

Make a quick candy. Lubricate a metal tablespoon with vegetable oil. Pour granulated sugar on it, add a drop of water and a drop of lemon juice. Wrap the handle of the spoon with a tack and hold the spoon over the fire so that the sugar melts. In a liquid syrup, put a wooden skewer and cool the candy.
