Pour 200 ml of milk into a saucepan and put on low heat, bring to a boil and turn off. Remove the resulting foam and cool at room temperature.

In a separate bowl, mix 3 egg yolks, 150 g sugar and vanilla on the tip of a knife. Beat thoroughly with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is formed. Do not stop whipping, pour in a thin stream of milk.

Put the prepared milk mixture on a slow fire. At the same time, you need to continue stirring with a wooden spoon until the mixture thickens. Cool the prepared cream at room temperature, and then send it to the refrigerator.

In a separate bowl, thoroughly beat the cream with a mixer. And add to the already chilled cream, mix well.

Transfer the prepared mixture into a container, cover with cling film or a lid and put in the freezer. After 2-3 hours, remove the container from the freezer, transfer to another dish and beat quickly with a mixer, the ice cream should not have time to melt. Transfer the whipped mass to a container again, cover and put into the freezer.

Repeat the procedure after another 3 hours and again put in the freezer. After 3 hours, the ice cream will be ready. Using a special spoon for ice cream, make balls, arrange in a bowl and sprinkle with grated nuts or chocolate.
