Ingredients:

  • 450 g raw shrimp;

  • 1 cup tempura flour;

Cooking

  1. Mix the egg with cold water. Pour in flour, mix. The dough should be consistency, like a pancake. Add flour if necessary.

  2. Defrost shrimp if necessary. Get wet excess fluid. Dip in batter and fry in oil in a deep pan for 2 minutes on each side. Serve with spicy sweet sauce.

Tip: you can buy tempura flour in a supermarket, it is a mixture of wheat and rice flour, egg white, salt, pepper, garlic powder and other spices.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of spaghetti;

  • 125 g large raw peeled shrimp;

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 bunch of parsley;

  • salt pepper.

Cooking

  1. Defrost shrimp if necessary. Boil spaghetti until cooked. Pour oil into the pan. Add shrimp and fry quickly until pink.

  2. Wash the lemon, wipe the zest from it. Squeeze the juice out of the pulp. Add the zest and juice to the shrimp. Add chopped herbs, a couple of tablespoons of water and spices to taste. Add pasta, mix and warm.

Fritters shrimp salad

Ingredients:

  • any dough for fritters;

  • shrimp

  • goat cheese;

  • natural yogurt;

  • black pepper;

  • dill.

Cooking

Knead the dough and bake small pancakes. Boil shrimp, cut. Stir chopped goat cheese, yogurt, shrimp and a pinch of pepper. Put the salad on a pancake, garnish with dill.

Tip: shrimp salad can also be used as a filling for eclairs and flounces.

Coconut Breaded Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 15 large peeled shrimp;

  • 1/3 cup flour;

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs;

  • 1 cup coconut flakes;

  • 2 squirrels;

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt;

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • vegetable oil.

Cooking:

  1. Using a small knife, cut the shrimp, but do not cut through to the end. Expand the shrimp in the form of butterflies so that they lie flat.

  2. Combine flour, garlic and salt. Place whipped egg whites in another bowl. In a third bowl, mix the crumbs and coconut.
