First of all, it is necessary to prepare the onion for use: peel it, cut into thin half rings. Fry it in a pan until half cooked.

A young zucchini with a peel should be cut into thin strips, but do not grind too much. Mix onion and zucchini and bring to full readiness. At this stage, you can salt and add your favorite spices.

Finely chop the garlic and herbs, transfer everything to a pan, mix well.

Let's take the main product - squid. It must be divided into small pieces (strips, cubes), it all depends on your taste. And now you can send the squid meat into the pan to the rest of the ingredients. Bring contents to a boil. After about 5 minutes, when the squid turns completely white, remove the pan from the heat.
