With apples, do the following: remove the peel from them and get rid of the core. Grind the fruits, then transfer to a separate bowl and combine with lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly. Lemon juice will not let apples darken.

Put 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and fry chopped fruits on it for 5 minutes, without forgetting to stir them continuously. Then add cinnamon and granulated sugar to the pan. Cook until the apples begin to cover with caramel, that is, for several minutes. Pour brandy or cognac into the mixture and set it on fire. It should burn for about 10-15 seconds.

Divide the filo dough sheets into 4 equal parts. Lubricate each strip with butter. Then put 1 teaspoon of fried apples on their edges. Fold in the form of triangles.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees and send the triangles laid out on a greased baking sheet for a quarter of an hour into it. If 15 minutes is short, then bake a little longer.
