- - 3 heads of garlic;
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - French baguette;
- - 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley;
- - 100 g of grated parmesan;
- - a pinch of salt.

Preheat the oven to 160C. From each head of garlic we cut off the top so that all the cloves are visible.

We shift the garlic onto the foil, sprinkle with olive oil, wrap and bake for 50 minutes.

We divide the finished and cooled garlic into cloves, grind with a knife. Finely chop the parsley, mix with oil, garlic and grated parmesan, salt.

We cut the bread into pieces, grease it with garlic oil and send it to the oven (200C) for several minutes so that it turns brown and becomes crispy. A delicious snack is ready!
