Sort and rinse the berries well. Blanch the lingonberries for 2–3 minutes in boiling water, then drop them onto a sieve to make glass water.

Turn off the heat and leave the lingonberry jam to cool slightly. Pour warm jam into prepared jars.

Sort and rinse the berry. Put it in a warm oven and simmer until juice appears.

Rinse the pears, peel, cut the core. Cut the peeled pears into slices, then blanch them in hot water for 10-15 minutes. After blanching, cool the fruit by immersing them for 2-3 minutes in cold water. Put the pears in a colander to glass the water.

Remove the lingonberries from the oven, drain the resulting juice and mix it with 1 kg of sugar. Bring the lingonberry mixture to a boil. Pour the pears with the resulting syrup and leave for 3-4 hours.

Boil sugar syrup with pears for 10-15 minutes on low heat, then leave for 7-8 hours.

Boil lingonberries after standing for 10 minutes. After settling a second time, bring the pears to a boil again and combine with boiled berry. Cook lingonberry-pear jam for 20-30 minutes.
