Combine the soda and salt in a bowl. Add slices of butter and mix until crushed. Add a glass of kefir and mix again. Then pour in the remaining kefir and knead soft dough. Place the bowl of dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Rinse the beef, cut into pieces and twist into minced meat. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Chop the onion. Combine the minced meat with potatoes and onions in a bowl, add water, salt, pepper and stir well.
