We wash the ventricles and soak them in cold water for 2 to 3 hours. Cut the carrots into strips, onions in half rings.

After that, put the ventricles in a pot, add bay leaf, parsley root, prepared carrots and onions. Pour all this with a mixture of sour cream and melted butter.

Close the pot tightly with a lid and put the pot in the oven, previously moderately preheated. The dish is stewed for 3-4 hours on low heat. Add salt and pepper for 1 hour until cooked. When serving, place the ventricles on plates and decorate with chopped greens.
