  • 8 medium sized tomatoes;

  • 300 ml of tomato juice;

  • 1 can of white canned beans;

  • 1 large carrot;

  • 1 onion head;

  • 2 petiole celery;

  • 100 g smoked meat (pork, chicken, etc.);

  • 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil (in the original recipe, tomato soup is prepared with olive oil, but this is a matter of taste);

  • Salt and spices at your discretion.

Let's start cooking tomato soup with meat cutting. Cut the pork (or other product of your choice) into thin strips.

In a saucepan, heat the oil, put the prepared meat there, fry it for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.

Peel the onion, chop it as small as possible, and send it to the pot for meat.

Wash the celery, chop, put in a pan to other ingredients. Fry meat with vegetables for a couple of minutes.

Wash the tomatoes, remove the peel from them. To make the tomatoes easy to peel, cross-cut a knife on the peel of the vegetable with a knife. Put the tomatoes in a deep bowl, pour over boiling water, then cold water. After the manipulations, the skin from the tomatoes easily leaves.

Cut the resulting pulp of tomatoes finely with a knife, send the vegetable along with the juice that stood out from it to the pan. Stir the contents of the dishes, reduce the gas to a minimum, darken all the ingredients together for a quarter of an hour.

Open a jar of beans, drop it into a colander so that the glass is liquid, put the product in a pan, pour tomato juice in the same place.

Thoroughly mix the tomato soup, add salt and spices to taste. Cook the dish on moderate heat for half an hour.

Tomato soup is served at the table in a warm form, decorated with leaves of fresh herbs. The basil sprigs will be ideally combined to taste with the first course.
