Tiramisu is one of the most popular desserts in the world. Its main components are cream mascarpone cheese, as well as biscuit savoyardi cookies and freshly brewed coffee. Usually tiramisu is prepared in one large form, but it is also allowed to use portioned molds or transparent glass glasses.

Instruction manual
1
Separate the bile from the protein. Place the yolks and icing sugar in a deep bowl and, using a mixer or a blender with a whisk, beat until a mass is uniform in color. Insert the mascarpone cheese into the yolk mixture and beat again.
2
In a separate clean and fat-free dish, beat the egg whites with a mixer until they are stable. Stir the whites into the yolk-cheese mass and beat again using a mixer.
3
Cool freshly brewed coffee, pour in alcohol, mix. Take a deep and wide container, pour rum coffee into it. Now quickly dip each cookie into the coffee mix. Do not soak for a long time, otherwise the Savoyard will begin to fall apart very much.
4
Break the cookies in large pieces and lay in a layer in portioned bowls, pour cheese cream on top. Put another layer of Savoyard on it and again pour the cream. Cool the desserts well for several hours.
5
Take the chilled tiramisu in a bowl from the refrigerator, sprinkle the top with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
