Put chicken and beef into pieces in a saucepan, salt and add 5 liters of water.

When the broth is almost ready, add ground non-hot red pepper and black ground pepper, also cut into quarters tomatoes, onions, garlic and mushrooms. Cook with the lid closed.

When the chicken and mushrooms are already soft, remove them from the broth, sprinkle with cold water and leave for 5 minutes. Strain the broth (remove the beef, it will no longer be needed). Remove chicken from the bones and chop finely.

We make meatballs from the chicken liver: chop the liver, add a teaspoon of butter, ground crackers, an egg. Mix and add salt and pepper. Roll small balls out of the liver mass.

Put the broth on the fire when it boils, put the meatballs, chicken, julienne mushrooms and put the vermicelli into it.

Boil eggs. In each serving, put chopped parsley or green onion on a plate, an egg and pour the broth.

Instead of vermicelli, you can use noodles.

Useful advice

Meat should be cooked over low heat with the lid closed. You can not use beef, but make only chicken stock.
