You will need

  • For the test:

  • - flour - 2 glasses;

  • - potato starch - 2 tablespoons;

  • - powdered sugar - 1 cup;

  • - cocoa - 3 tablespoons;

  • - vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon.

  • For filling:

  • - butter - 150-200 g;

  • - powdered sugar - 1 cup;

  • - milk - 100 ml;

  • - walnuts - 200 g;

  • - chocolate - 100 g.

Instruction manual

1

Break the chicken eggs and separate the yolks from the proteins. Combine the first with powdered sugar and grind it to white, that is, until the powder is completely dissolved. Then add cocoa there. Beat the second thoroughly until a firm, thick foam forms, then mix with the cocoa mix. Mix everything well.

2

Pass the flour through a sieve, and then combine with the egg mixture. Add potato starch there and mix everything thoroughly. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. Put the resulting mass on a greased baking sheet and send to bake for about 40-50 minutes.

3

Meanwhile, prepare the filling for the future chocolate roll. To do this, combine pre-softened butter with powdered sugar. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Peel and fry the walnuts. Then grind most of them, mix with hot milk and add to the sugar-cream mass. With chocolate, do the following: grate, coarse, and introduce to the rest of the mixture. Mix everything well.

4

On a baked cake, put the chocolate cream filling, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. Gently wrap the dessert so that a roll forms. If desired, the dish can be decorated with cream and walnuts. Chocolate roll "Merry Negro" is ready!
