Although the dessert is unusual, it is prepared in just thirty minutes. First break the dark chocolate into slices. Cut the butter into cubes, put in a bowl with chocolate. Place a container over a pot of hot water, melt the mass in a steam bath, mixing thoroughly to make it homogeneous.

Take two whole chicken eggs and three yolks, beat in a strong foam along with 50 g of sugar. Add beaten eggs to the chocolate mass, sift flour with a pinch of salt there. Stir until smooth.

Smear small cupcake tins with butter, pour the prepared chocolate dough into them, put in the oven, which must be preheated at least to 200 degrees.

Prepare a chocolate muffin in French for about 7-10 minutes - the edges of the dough should bake well, the filling should remain liquid. If you cook one large cupcake, then the cooking time will increase to 15 minutes.
