For chocolate biscuit cake, you need quite a bit of time, especially for making dough. Put the eggs in a warm place. When they become room temperature, break them into a bowl, add sugar and whisk everything thoroughly with a whisk. Sugar should be completely dissolved.

Combine flour with baking powder, cocoa, vanilla and coffee. Add this dry mixture to the whipped mass and thoroughly whisk again. Leave the chocolate biscuit dough alone for 10 minutes.

And now it's time to make icing and chocolate biscuit filling. Break the chocolate into pieces, put in a small saucepan. Put the pan in a water bath, add butter and 1/3 cans of condensed milk. Reduce the fire to a minimum.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil, pour the biscuit dough into it. Put the mold in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

Melt the icing, stirring constantly.

Remove the biscuit cake from the oven, cut it into 2 parts. Grease the cakes with condensed milk, top the cake with icing. Place the cake in a warm place for 30 minutes to soak. Chocolate sponge cake ready to eat.
