Shekerpare is a Turkish sweet. This dessert is saturated with sugar sorbet, which gives the dessert an unforgettable taste. It turns out very tasty, delicate, it just melts in the mouth.

- - 600 g of granulated sugar
- - 125 g margarine
- - 2 tbsp. l semolina
- - 0.5 lemons
- - 0.5 tsp soda
- - a pinch of vanillin
- - 1 handful of walnut

Pour 2 cups of flour into a deep dish, make a hole in the center and add granulated sugar, melted margarine, semolina, vanilla, soda, and egg.

Mix well in the center. Mix gently and gently with flour. Knead the dough with your hands, if it turns out too liquid, add a little more flour.

Shape balls a little larger than a walnut. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and put the balls in it. Put a walnut in each ball on top.

Put in a stove preheated to 180 degrees and bake until the shekepar begins to brown, about 20-30 minutes.

Pour 3 cups of water into the pan, pour 2 cups of granulated sugar there and put half of the lemon. Bring to a boil over high heat, then make a small fire and let it boil for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Remove the shakerpair and fill it with the cooled syrup, leave to soak for 3-5 hours.

You can sprinkle the finished shekarpar with coconut.
