Ceviche - a famous dish of Peruvian cuisine. In the traditional sense, this is raw fish with lemon marinade. We are trying to move away from the canons and replace it with shrimp.

You will need
- - 300 g of shrimp;
- - lemon;
- - 2 oranges;
- - 2 bell peppers;
- - 1/2 tsp salts;
- - 1 tsp olive oil;
- - 1/2 tsp basil vinegar;
- - 2 sprigs of parsley or cilantro;
- - a small red onion.

Pour water into a small saucepan and put shrimp into it, add salt, put on fire, bring to a boil and turn off the heat. Leave the shrimp in hot water for five minutes. So we boil boiled and frozen shrimp. If we use fresh, then boil them for five minutes.

Squeeze the juice from a lemon and a half orange. It is possible through a juicer, or you can just do it by hand, to whom it is more convenient. Pour the resulting juice into a bowl.

We take the shrimp out of the water and clean it. We put warm shrimp meat in a bowl with juice and leave for half an hour.

Peel the onion, cut into cubes. We wash the pepper and peel the seeds, cut into cubes. Peel the orange half and cut into cubes.

Our salad is seasoned with oil, vinegar and shredded parsley or cilantro. We put the salad in portions. Serve the original salad on the festive table. If desired, each serving of salad can be decorated with several sprigs of fresh herbs. Nice and simple.
