You will need
- - smoked duck fillet - 250 grams;
- - fleshy tomatoes - 2 pieces;
- - fresh carrots - 1 piece;
- - salad of your favorite variety - 1 head of cabbage;
- - olive oil - 30 milliliters;
- - green onions - a bunch of feathers;
- - raspberry vinegar - 15 milliliters;
- - black pepper and salt are preferred.

Smoked duck breast fillet cut into thin slices, so that small ovals are obtained. Disassemble the head of lettuce into leaves, rinse and dry, then manually tear them into a deep salad bowl in random order.

Wash and peel carrots and onions. Cut the carrots into strips, and chop the onion finely. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half. Remove seeds and excess juice. Cut the pulp into small cubes.

Add to the salad leaves smoked duck fillet, chopped vegetables and sprinkle with green onions. Salt to taste and add your favorite ground pepper. Cover the salad bowl and shake it several times to mix all the ingredients.

Use raspberry vinegar diluted with olive oil as a dressing. To do this, arrange the salad in portions and a thin stream in a circle, pour a small amount of dressing from the spout of the saucepan onto the salad.
