    • - 500 g of red fish fillet;
    • - 1 zucchini;
    • - 4 bell peppers;
    • - 1 leek;
    • - 1/2 lemon;
    • - 1 bunch of lettuce;
    • - 3 tablespoons soy sauce;
    • - 2 tbsp olive oil.

Salad with red fish and cucumber Cut small portions of red fish fillet. Steam the fish for 6-10 minutes until cooked. Then cool the fish pieces.

Wash the cucumber, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Cut the cucumber into thin semicircles. Put the cucumber in a colander, sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes. After that, rinse the cucumber in warm water and pat dry.

Grind dill. Pour salt into sour cream, add dill and mix thoroughly. Put boiled slices of red fish, cucumber in a salad bowl and season with sour cream sauce. Season with ground black pepper if desired.
