You will need

  • - 150 grams of chicken,

  • - 100 grams of oyster mushroom or other mushrooms,

  • - 3 tomatoes

  • - 3 cucumbers,

  • - 150 grams of hard cheese

  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise or sour cream,

  • - salt to taste,

  • - 20 grams of raisins.

Rinse the chicken breast and boil in salted water.

Rinse oyster mushrooms, cut into large pieces. Fry oyster mushrooms in sunflower oil, do not overcook. If desired, simmer mushrooms under the lid over low heat, after evaporating the liquid, remove the lid and fry. So the mushrooms cook faster.

Wash tomatoes, dry and cut into small cubes. Using a coarse grater, peel the cucumbers. Cut the boiled meat into small pieces.

In a volumetric cup, combine oyster mushrooms with meat and half of grated cheese, salt, season with mayonnaise, mix until smooth.

Put the filling on a wide plate, form a semicircle. Lay the tomatoes on the filling. In an arc, forming a watermelon, distribute the remaining cheese. Grated green cucumbers form the peel of the watermelon. Garnish the salad with raisins (raisins are needed to form seeds). Raisins in a salad can be replaced with olives. Put the salad in the refrigerator for about half an hour, then you can serve it on the table.
