Fish fingers - an original and delicious dish. It is prepared from minced fish, which is carefully fried. The recipe for the sticks is very simple; it does not take much time to prepare them. This delicacy can be served with potatoes, rice and other side dishes.

Soak a slice of bread in milk.

Add the egg, finely chopped dill, semolina, seasonings, salt, pepper, oil to the resulting minced meat. Let it all infuse for 10 minutes.

Dampen your hands with water and begin to sculpt sticks. Their shape should be approximately the same as can be seen in this dish sold in the store: small, slightly flattened. Bread sticks well in breadcrumbs.

Prepare a frying pan, drip a little vegetable oil there, fry the sticks until crusted. They should acquire a golden color.

Serve the fish fingers cooled down to the table, you can decorate them with greens.
