  • - 200 g margarine;

  • - 100 g of granulated sugar;

  • - 3 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • For cream:

  • - 4 table. spoons of sour cream;

  • - 3 table. tablespoons of sugar;

  • - 100 g butter;

  • - 100 ml of cream from a spray can;

  • - berries of red currant;

  • - Fresh fruits or berries.

Knead dough with margarine or butter, wheat flour, three yolks, granulated sugar and sour cream, cover it with a towel or napkin and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.

Then take out the dough and carefully roll it out on a table previously sprinkled with flour into a layer 0.5 cm thick.

For the cream, mix 4 tablespoons of sour cream with 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, put on a fire and cook until thick, stir constantly. Then cool the cream and rub until smooth with 100 g butter.

Put the finished cream in baskets. Put fruit slices or fresh berries on top. Garnish the top of the baskets with spray cream.
