You will need

  • For the test:

  • - 300 grams of wheat flour,

  • - 1 teaspoon of dry yeast,

  • - 180 ml of water,

  • - 0.5 tsp of salt,

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sunflower oil.

  • For filling:

  • - 100 grams of hard cheese,

  • - 100 grams of smoked sausage,

  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste,

  • - 2 tomatoes

  • - greens to taste.

Combine the yeast, salt and sifted flour in a bowl. Pour water into the dry mixture, stir and add sunflower oil. Knead the dough for about ten minutes, then roll into a ball and leave aside for 20 minutes.

Cut the sausage into thin half rings. Cheese coarsely. Wash the tomatoes, dry, cut into circles. Rinse and chop fresh herbs.

Sprinkle the table with flour and roll the dough into a layer. Roll out a baking sheet or shape in size - depending on what you will bake pizza.

Lubricate the pan with oil and gently transfer the dough onto it. Form small sides.

Lubricate the dough with tomato paste or ketchup to taste. Put the sausage on top of the pasta. Place the slices of tomato on the sausage, sprinkle with chopped herbs and cover with cheese.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake pizza for about half an hour.

Cool the finished pizza, cut into portions and serve.
