You will need

  • - flour - 300 g;

  • - starch - 2.5 tablespoons;

  • - egg yolks - 3 pcs;

  • - butter - 200 g;

  • - sugar - 250 g;

  • - vanillin - 1 sachet;

  • - baking powder for dough - 2 teaspoons;

  • - rum or brandy - 3-4 tablespoons;

  • - boiled condensed milk - 1 can;

  • - roasted peanuts - 200 g;

  • - coconut flakes - 100 g.

Instruction manual

1

Remove the butter from the refrigerator. It should lie at room temperature until it softens. Once this happens, combine it with granulated sugar and beat thoroughly. Then add vanillin, cognac or rum to the resulting mixture, as well as egg yolks. Yolks should not be administered all at once, but one at a time.

2

Next, add the following ingredients to the resulting mass: flour, baking powder for dough and starch. Mix everything thoroughly and knead the dough from the resulting mixture. It should turn out smooth and elastic.

3

Put the resulting dough on a flat surface and roll it out using a rolling pin so that the thickness does not exceed half a centimeter. Then take a small bowl with a round neck and cut circles out of the dough. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and put these circles from the dough on it. Put in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. This will make cookies.

4

Cool the finished baking, then put the boiled condensed milk on it. Connect the cookies together.

5

Combine crushed peanuts, coconut flakes and grated chocolate in one bowl. Mix everything thoroughly. Sprinkle the mixture with the sides of the dessert coated with boiled condensed milk. Cookies "Alfajores" is ready! Serve it to the table when it has completely cooled.
