Fry onions and carrots, add liver and fry for another 15-20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste, add sour cream and stew a little dish. Cut the potatoes into strips and fry until cooked. Then put the potatoes in a pot, put the liver on top, pour the sauce. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top.
