Flour flour through a sieve and put in a separate cup. Add an egg to it. Mix everything thoroughly. Enter nutmeg and salt. Grind the butter with a grater and put it there. Also add white wine. From the resulting mass, knead the dough and form it in the shape of a ball. In this form, place in a deep dish, cover with cling film and put in the cold for half an hour.
