  • - 500 g of pumpkin.

  • - 100 ml. kefir.

For the preparation of delicious and lush pancakes, use only pumpkin pulp. Peel the pumpkin and apples, remove the core with seeds. Grate the ingredients on a coarse grater. Wash green onions and chop finely.

Beat eggs in a bowl, add salt, soda and sugar. Put the grated pumpkin, apples and chopped greens, pour in the kefir. Stir, add flour and beat the mixture well again. The dough should be homogeneous, without lumps, by the consistency of thick sour cream.

Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the dough, mix. Take a frying pan, grease it with vegetable oil and heat it well. Spread the dough with a spoon, forming pancakes. Make them the same size, trim on all sides. Fry the pancakes on both sides, turning over with a spatula until golden brown. Put the finished pancakes on the dish. Bon Appetit!
