To diversify the daily menu, you can cook mussels in batter. Remove the mussel meat from the shells. Combine milk, sugar, flour and egg yolk. Mix well. Whisk the protein in a thick foam and add to the dough. Dip mussels in batter and fry in a large amount of vegetable oil. Put the finished dish on the wings and garnish with fresh herbs and lemon slices.

Mussels go well with potatoes. Boil the clams in water or milk with bay leaf and black pepper for 20 minutes. Then cool and remove from the leaves. Cut the meat and fry in vegetable oil with chopped onions. Peel the potatoes, rinse under running water. Boil in salted water until tender. Put hot potatoes on a plate. Lay mussels with onions on top.
