    • 1-2 tomatoes;

Preparation of the dough Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixture and knead the cool dough. Cover it with a towel and set for proofing for 50-60 minutes.

Cooking the meat filling Finely chop half the onion. Salt the minced meat and mix with the onion. Fry in a pan until half cooked.

Lubricate the pizza baking dish with vegetable oil. Roll the dough slightly with a rolling pin. Lay it in a shape and form low sides. Grease the prepared dough with egg yolk. Then sprinkle with a layer of grated cheese.

Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, remove from the water, remove the skin and chop finely. Or just cut each tomato in half and then chop the halves in half rings. Place them on the cheese in any order. Spread chilled minced meat over tomatoes. Sprinkle another layer of grated cheese on the pizza and let the product stand for 5-10 minutes before baking.

Preheat the oven to 200-220 degrees. Set the pizza pan to the lower level and bake for 10-15 minutes. In order not to make a mistake, the readiness of the product can be checked as follows: open the oven and carefully raise the edge of the dough with a long knife. If the bottom of the pizza is slightly browned, move the pan to the upper level of the oven and bake for another 4-5 minutes. Remove the prepared pizza from the oven and cut it still hot into portions.

Useful advice

Minced meat can be replaced with boiled meat, cut into small pieces. To add flavor to meat pizza, 5-6 slices of smoked sausage are often added. Do not keep pizza on the top level of the oven for more than five minutes, otherwise the cheese with which it is sprinkled will dry. Sometimes pizza comes with dried edges. In this case, the dough can be softened a little if you cover it with a towel still hot for a few minutes.
