Mix all the ingredients to make a homogeneous mass. The minced meat for carrot cutlets is ready, let it cool and you can form the meatballs.

Moisten your hands in cold water and start sculpting cutlets. Put the blanks on a baking sheet that can be covered either with baking paper or with a special non-stick rug.

Carrot cutlets are cooked in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C, when the time runs out, you need to extend the baking sheet and turn the meatballs over. On the other side, the dish is cooked for another 10 minutes. In principle, after you turn over the carrot cutlets, you can turn off the oven. The heat is enough to get the meal.
