  • - 2 eggs;

  • - 70 g of sugar;

  • - a little flour and vegetable oil.
  • Semolina cutlets with raisins:

  • for semolina porridge:

  • - 210 g semolina;

  • - 260 ml of milk;

  • - 170 ml of water;

  • - 1.5 tbsp Sahara;

  • - salt to your taste.

  • - 310 g thick semolina porridge;

  • - 160 g of flour;

  • - 3 eggs;

  • - 60 g of butter;

  • - 160 g of dark raisins;

Semolina cutlets with jelly

Cook the jelly. Pour water into the pan, boil it, add the washed berries there. Cook them for about 5 minutes. While the berries are boiling, sprinkle sugar, mix everything. In a glass of water, add 2 tablespoons of starch, stir. Then pour the starch into the berry mass and mix thoroughly. It turned out a thick jelly. Remove from the stove.

Cook semolina. Gently enter the cereal into boiling milk, stir, there should be no lumps. Cook porridge until the cereal is completely dissolved. Remove the porridge from the stove, let it swell and cool. When the semolina has cooled, transfer it to a bowl, break the eggs there, mix until smooth. Dampen your hands, take some semolina, form cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs. Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the resulting meatballs there, fry them over low heat until golden brown. Turn over periodically. Serve the finished dish with jelly.

Semolina cutlets with carrots and apples

Wash the carrots, peel it. Rinse the apples, core them. Then cut the apples and carrots into thin strips.

Heat the milk in a saucepan, add butter and chopped carrots. Simmer all 5 minutes over low heat. Then put apples, semolina there, salt, pour sugar. Extinguish for another 3 minutes, remove the finished mixture from the stove. Add eggs there, mix thoroughly. Blind the meatballs, bread them and place in a pan with melted butter. Fry the patties for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve the finished dish with fresh sour cream.
