- • Butter - 300 gr + 100 gr
- • Vegetable oil - 100 gr

- • Warm milk - 1 l
- • Eggs - 4 pcs + 1 yolk
- • Poppy - 300 gr
- • Chopped nuts - 300 gr

Mix yeast, sugar, salt with flour, add warm milk, knead the dough. Put the dough to rise in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.

Melt the butter (300 grams), mix with vegetable (preferably olive). Add to the dough, knead again.

Then beat the eggs and add them to the dough. Knead everything again. The dough should be soft, but tight and not stick to your hands.

The test must be allowed to rise again (about 20-30 minutes), and you can make a pie.

Roll the dough thinly, grease with melted butter (the remaining 100 grams). Pour a mixture of poppy seeds, sugar and nuts, spread evenly over the surface of the dough. You can take any nuts to your taste - peanuts, hazelnuts, cashews. Roll the dough into a roll, carefully pinching the edges.

Put on a baking sheet, grease with yolk, bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. C for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
